Warranty / Refund Policy

3-MONTH WARRANTY

We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality products in the market. We offer our customers a 3-month warranty on all our products. If a manufacturing defect is discovered during a warranty period, a repair or a replacement will be offered.

The company reserves the right to terminate the warranty if the defection occurred for other reasons apart from a manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not include damages incurred by misuse, careless handling of the product, scratches, stains and general wear and tear.

REFUND

All made-to-order items are non-refundable and orders are considered final. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Our furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment.

However, there is a chance that damages may occur during the delivery process, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery and contact our team members as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION

Once the payment has been finalized, the orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Your order can be canceled anytime before the payment has been arranged.
